Easycal ("we", "the app") helps you understand your income and spending. This policy explains exactly what happens to your data.
1. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Your bank and card statements, the transactions extracted from them, your categories, corrections and settings are stored only on your device. We do not run servers that hold your financial records, and we cannot see your statements, balances, account numbers or IBANs.
2. WHAT IS SENT WHEN YOU ASK CAL
When you tap "Ask Cal" on a transaction, we send only that line's description (for example "06-OP.BAIXO VALOR") to our AI provider, Anthropic. We never send amounts, balances, dates, account numbers, IBANs, your name or any other identifying information. The answer is shown on your device and nothing about it is stored on our servers.
3. MARKET PRICES FOR INVESTMENTS
If you track investments, we send only the symbol you follow (for example "AAPL") to fetch its price. How much of it you hold never leaves your device.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple provides us only with the status of your subscription.
5. WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
6. DELETING YOUR DATA
Settings › Clear all data removes every transaction and setting from your device immediately. Deleting the app also removes all of it. Because we do not keep copies, no further request is needed.
7. CHILDREN
Easycal is not directed at children under 13.
8. CHANGES
If this policy changes we will update it in the app and change the date above.
9. WHO ELSE TOUCHES YOUR DATA
Only these, and only for the job named:
- Apple takes the payment and tells us whether your subscription is active. We never see your card.
- RevenueCat keeps that subscription status for us, under an anonymous id that is not your name or email.
- Cloudflare runs the small relay server in between; it stores nothing.
- Anthropic receives the single statement line, and nothing else, when you use Ask Cal.
- Market data providers receive only the ticker symbol when you track an investment.
- The European Central Bank rate feed receives only a currency pair and a date.
None of them receive your statements, your balances, how much you hold or your name.
10. COOKIES AND WEBSITE TRACKING
Our website sets no cookies at all. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts; images and styles are embedded in the page itself, so your browser makes no request to anyone else while reading it. That is why you are not asked to accept anything: there is nothing to accept. If that ever changes we will ask for your consent first, before the tracking starts, not after.

1. CİHAZINDA KALANLAR
Banka ve kart ekstrelerin, bunlardan çıkarılan işlemler, kategoriler, düzeltmelerin ve ayarların yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Finansal kayıtlarını tutan bir sunucumuz yoktur; ekstrelerini, bakiyelerini, hesap numaralarını veya IBAN'ını göremeyiz.
2. CAL'E SORDUĞUNDA GÖNDERİLENLER
Bir işlemde "Cal'e sor" dediğinde, yalnızca o satırın açıklamasını (örneğin "06-OP.BAIXO VALOR") yapay zekâ sağlayıcımız Anthropic'e göndeririz. Tutarlar, bakiyeler, tarihler, hesap numaraları, IBAN, adın veya kimliğini belirleyen başka hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez. Cevap cihazında gösterilir; sunucularımızda hiçbir kaydı tutulmaz.
3. YATIRIMLAR İÇİN PİYASA FİYATLARI
Yatırım takip ediyorsan, fiyatını almak için yalnızca takip ettiğin sembolü (örneğin "AAPL") göndeririz. Ondan kaç adet tuttuğun cihazından asla çıkmaz.
4. ABONELİKLER
Abonelikler Apple tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerini asla almaz ve saklamayız. Apple bize yalnızca aboneliğinin durumunu bildirir.
5. YAPMADIKLARIMIZ
Verilerini satmayız. Reklamverenlerle paylaşmayız. Reklam profili oluşturmayız. Seni başka uygulama ve web sitelerinde izlemeyiz.
6. VERİLERİNİ SİLME
Ayarlar › Tüm verileri sil, cihazındaki her işlemi ve ayarı anında kaldırır. Uygulamayı silmek de aynı sonucu verir. Kopyasını tutmadığımız için ayrıca bir talepte bulunmana gerek yoktur.
7. ÇOCUKLAR
Easycal 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
8. DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
Bu politika değişirse uygulama içinde günceller ve yukarıdaki tarihi değiştiririz.
9. VERİNE BAŞKA KİM DOKUNUYOR
Yalnızca bunlar, yalnızca yazan iş için:
- Apple ödemeyi alır ve aboneliğinin aktif olup olmadığını bize söyler. Kartını hiç görmeyiz.
- RevenueCat bu abonelik durumunu bizim için tutar; adın veya e-postan değil, anonim bir kimlikle.
- Cloudflare aradaki küçük aktarma sunucusunu çalıştırır, hiçbir şey saklamaz.

10. ÇEREZLER VE WEB SİTESİ TAKİBİ
Web sitemiz hiçbir çerez kurmaz. Analitik, reklam pikseli ve üçüncü taraf betiği çalıştırmaz; görseller ve stiller sayfanın içine gömülüdür, yani sen okurken tarayıcın başka hiç kimseye istek atmaz. Sana bir onay kutusu çıkmamasının sebebi budur: onaylanacak bir şey yok. Bu bir gün değişirse, takip başlamadan önce iznini isteriz; sonradan değil.
